JY.R Workshop violins are handcrafted by our richly experienced luthiers. The quality of workmanship goes far beyond this price range. The tops are made of good quality Asian spruce, and the back and ribs are made of aged maple (aged and dried a minimum of 5 years). Plenty of inventory of tonewood and experienced luthiers allow us to make various replicas of violins made by the old masters, such as Stradivari, Amati, Maggini, Guarneri del GesĂč, Rugeri and Guadanini. From beginner level to professional violins are all available.
